PROJECTS

Support can be provided to improve or refine email copy. However, clients are typically expected to supply complete briefs, including copy. Additional copy support can be discussed and scoped where needed.

If this refers to managing marketing calendars or defining what should be sent each month, that isn’t our focus, but we can absolutely input and join team inspiration sessions if needed. However, the design approach itself is strategic and commercially driven.

Work typically follows a modular, template-based approach within the chosen ESP, with code added where needed. This allows teams to retain control and flexibility. Designs can be exported as HTML if required, with custom requests considered on a case-by-case basis.

Typically, two rounds of revisions are included. A clear sign-off process is agreed upfront to avoid unnecessary amends. Last-minute changes (such as out-of-stock product swaps) are always accommodated within the agreed workflow and deadlines.

WORKING TOGETHER

Typically, yes. Work is led by a single point of contact (me, Emma Lemon!). In some cases, trusted contractors may be brought in if required. This would always be discussed at the start of the project. This may change in the future as the aim is to build out a wider team.

No. nicemail® operates as a creative studio supporting multiple clients. Time is managed across the week. If dedicated or exclusive time is required, hiring an employee may be more appropriate.

No — communication takes place via company email and/or Slack for more informal collaboration.

A structured briefing framework can be provided, but completed briefs will need to be supplied.

Collaboration with in-house teams or agencies is welcomed, but responsibility for calendar management sits outside of our scope of services.
